The location of the hotel was great, close to many embassies and with easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman who took care of my room during my stay. She always had a smile on her face and kept my room clean and tidy.

My experience at the hotel was not ideal. During my stay over Christmas, there were issues with the payment and communication between staff members, causing confusion and frustration.

The staff at the reception, particularly Mustapha, were incredibly helpful and provided clear directions and information. The cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional service from the cleaning staff were also noteworthy. Despite some minor inconveniences like loud music from the neighboring cafe, the hotel still offers a comfortable stay. I would recommend Grand Nora Hotel for its excellent location and helpful staff.

The check-in process can be strict, which may cause some inconvenience to guests arriving from a late flight or have payment issues.

The positive aspects of my stay at the hotel were the good bathrooms, close proximity to embassies, helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and spacious accommodations. Mustapha at reception and the floor cleaner were especially exceptional.
