Grand Nora Hotel - Ankara

The location of the hotel was great, close to many embassies and with easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman who took care of my room during my stay. She always had a smile on her face and kept my room clean and tidy.

My experience at the hotel was not ideal. During my stay over Christmas, there were issues with the payment and communication between staff members, causing confusion and frustration.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, especially the manager were pretty good to help me retrieve my lost glasses. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable for a solo traveler like me. the location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to many embassies.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is conveniently located near many embassies, making it convenient for travelers with embassy business. The staff at the reception, particularly Mustapha, were helpful and provided clear directions and information. The cleanliness of the rooms and the really good service from the cleaning staff were also noteworthy. Despite some minor inconveniences like loud music from the neighboring cafe, the hotel still offers a comfortable stay.

The hotel boasts a great location, close to various embassies and within reach of a few cafes and restaurants. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly, providing guests with excellent service, useful information and directions.

The check-in process can be strict, which may cause some inconvenience to guests arriving from a late flight or have payment issues.

the location was also convenient, with easy access to embassies in the area. the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in recovering a lost item.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from my experience. Some of the staff members had limited English proficiency, which caused some confusion during check-in.

Mustapha at reception and the floor cleaner were especially really good.
